Main activities:
The Civil Engineer will support a small dedicated transverse team within Civil group who
provide technical expertise across a number of civil building design teams for
the Nuclear Island of the HPC Nuclear New Building Project.
The activities will be performed on HPC site,
in JDO offices. Working on HPC
project. The activities will be performed within a multi-disciplinary and
multi-cultural environment, sticking to a project way of working with high
expectation on delivery time, schedule, safety and nuclear safety.
- Receive
Analyse, and verify the consistency of the input data.
- Modifying
reinforced concrete structure designs compliant with the ETC-C, other relevant
codes,
- Maintaining
the client’ QA procedures in delivering the CW design,
- Working and
reviewing with the designers in the preparation of the design drawings/models
modified,
- Managing
engineering changes in line with company procedures,
- Liaising
with colleagues in Paris (Malakoff) or Bristol.
- Liaise with subject matter
experts.
